Hinge Mount
The hinge mount is the part connecting the mirror mount to the azimuth arm. Construction: Cut a block 15cm by 7.5cm (9mm) thickness, at one long side two teeth 2.6cm wide and 1 cm long as indicated above.
Connection to mirror mount
Put the hinge mount on a spare block which is about 7 cm high. Connect the hinges of the mirror mount to the hinge mount using staples as indicated in the picture. Similar as in mirror mount the staples prevent the mirror mount from slipping slowly away over time. This connection will be fixed with the hinge mount cover. |
