1 Cut a block 14cm by 6.5 cm (7mm thickness) as shown in the picture on top.
2 Make the middle incision, 5.5 cm long and 7mm wide as shown.
3 On the bottom side of the block make a crease, 3.5cm distance from the front and deep as a nail. Put in the nail, we will refer to it as pulley nail.
4 Take again the hinge mount staple connected to the mirror mount (with the spare block as support) The hinge mount cover must
cover the hinges staples. The middle incision should be well in the
middle of the mirror. It must be possible to pass the elevation cord
beneath the nail without much friction; if not deepen the crease somewhat.
5 When everything from 4 is fine, spread glue
on the surface of the hinge mount and also on the bottom of the
hinge cover and let it dry well. This connection will be under constant
stress later and can be one of the first coming off.
6 Carefully
place the hinge mount cover on the hinge mount such that the staple
holes of the hinges are well covered and that the incision is
in the middle. Press the parts together finalizing the connection.

7 Now glue the compound from step 6 onto the front of the azimuth arm (stuck to the mount) |
